Course Content:

  • Categories of falls
  • Control measures
  • Floors and openings
  • Surface openings
  • Warning barriers and bump lines
  • Fixed barriers, guard rail systems, scaffolding
  • Safety belts, harnesses, lifelines, lanyards, anchor points
  • Specifications of a fall arrest system
  • Differences between arresting and prevention systems
  • Connection devices, tie-off points
  • Inspection and maintenance
  • Rescue Training Requirements

Course Length:

  • 8 hours – 4 Hours Theory/4 Hours Practical (Equipment)

Course Materials:

  • Training manual
  • Wallet certification card
  • Record of training

The employer will receive a copy of the participant (s) tests and verification of attendance.
