Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our courses are typically certified within 24 hours of completion, meeting the certification criteria.

You can access your certificates online. For our Hearts & Stroke courses, simply visit the cpr.heartandstroke.ca website. After logging into your portal account, click "My certifications" to view your current, pending, and expired certifications.

If you need to reschedule and meet the eligibility criteria (refer to our policies if unsure), please inform us of your request via our CONTACT FORM. Make sure to include your booking number when reaching out. Remember a preferred date and check the upcoming dates on our website to expedite the process. Once our service team reviews your request, they'll confirm with you, and any applicable rescheduling fees will be applied when adjusting your booking.

Cancellation Policies:

In person-class Courses

We understand that booking availability may change unexpectedly. So we allow for class cancellation for a fee of $20 fee (per person) to cancel and $10 to reschedule your booking. However, all bookings are final and non-refundable two days (48 hours) before your course starts

This implies that you cannot cancel or reschedule your course within two days/48 hours of your course

Ex. your course begins August 10th at 10am, August 8th at 10am would be the cut-off cancellation or rescheduling window.

Blended Courses

Blended Courses (courses that are half online and half in-class) cannot be cancelled once registered, as they are accompanied with an online course. However, your in-class portion can be rescheduled with a $10.00 administrative fee (per person), as long as the request is made with more than 2 Business Days notice of the in-class start date.
